Casa Marta is a farm situated on the hills of Tuscany, in Maremma, 7 km from the Etruscan town of Pitigliano, just 700 meters from the source of the stream Nova and 18 km from Terme di Saturnia.
The fully fenced property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and it consists of two independent houses: Casa Marta and Casa Rina.
Each house has its own private entrance and a large private fenced garden separated from the other garden.
Between the two houses there is a wonderful old oak tree.

Nearby: riding stables, open-air Etruscan museum, Terme di Sorano (just 8 km away) and the famous Terme di Saturnia (just 18 km away) with their Wellness Centers. Lake Bolsena is 25 km away while the source of the Nova stream is just 700 m from Casa Marta.
The sea is about 50 km from Casa Marta (Albinia). The wonderful village of Civita di Bagnoregio (VT) is 50 km.
Wonderful destinations for tourist excursions are Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana. Mount Amiata is located just 30 km from Pitigliano.
