The Villa is located inside a large property of 5 hectares immersed in the Tuscan hills and enjoys a breathtaking 360° panoramic view.
The Villa can be reached along a road with majestic cypress trees, characteristic of the Tuscan landscape and it is situated next to a small Tuscan village, to its church with bell tower.

The large park has various paths that wind through the property between scented hedges and olive trees.
A splendid swimming pool with hydromassage is located not far from the housing units and can be reached via a path with a wonderful view.
You can enjoy your aperitif by the pool or under the fabulous, carefully equipped Roman-style pergola. Two other gazebos with suspended ivory sheets, creating shaded areas, are perfect places for outdoor dining, while two other relaxation areas will allow you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
Large spaces and many corners equipped with tables and chairs inside the property will allow you to discover new romantic and unique corners for an unforgettable Tuscan holiday.

Upon request: cooking lessons, wine tasting and a series of exclusive Tuscan experiences.
Near the villa (about 3 km away) there are two lakes surrounded by nature, where guests can practice many activities including: sport fishing, trekking and mountain biking. In addition to the two lakes, the multifunctional area includes a play area equipped for children, a cycle path, walking paths in the woods, a solarium, a football pitch (five-a-side football), a picnic area and a barbecue.
In addition to visiting villages and cities of art, guests can enjoy wine and good food as there are numerous restaurants, trattorias and inns nearby.
Villa Romana is an excellent starting point for visiting many important Tuscan cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Volterra, but also small medieval villages such as Vinci, Certaldo and San Miniato, renowned for its highly prized white truffles, or Lajatico where every summer the opera singer Bocelli holds his international concerts at the ‘Teatro del Silenzio’.
The Tuscan coast can be reached in just 45 minutes by car.
